The Pasco AIDS Support Community Organization was
started in October of 1987 by a handful of volunteers to
address the problems resulting from Acquired Immune
Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) in Pasco County.
      P.A.S.C.O. Inc. is organized to provide community action
in response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic, which includes
promoting community HIV/AIDS education and awareness;
ending discrimination and prejudice against persons infected
with HIV and/ or AIDS; insuring the most effective use of
existing resources in the battle against these afflictions.

      We are a NOT-FOR-PROFIT 501(c)(3) organization.
P.A.S.C.O., Inc.'s funding is raised entirely by volunteers who
give their time and talents to help our clients fulfill their basic
necessities of life. All monies raised goes directly to our
clients in need. We have no paid employees on staff;
everything that is accomplished is through the dedication of
our volunteers. When funding becomes available, P.A.S.C.O.,
Inc. provides financial assistance to those infected with the
HIV virus. When all other avenues have been exhausted,
        P.A.S.C.O., Inc. will assist in the payment of such
utilities as electric for cooking and heating, gas supplies for
cooking and heating, local telephone services, rent, medical
needs as well as other financial hardships that may occur as
necessary.
      Our mission is to help the men, women and children,
infected and affected by HIV/AIDS with the many problems
that can occur in their lives.
